Brahma Muhurta – the Creators Hour- the Ambrosial Hours

The ancient people classified time as following

Brahma muhurta is the second-last muhurta before Sunrise. While some believe it starts at 3:30 AM and ends at 5:30 AM, it is not true. Brahma muhurta begins 1 hour 36 minutes before the Sunrise and ends 48 minutes before Sunrise, lasting for 48 minutes. The time of Sunrise will not be the same each day, and it varies every day based on the time of the year and geographical location. As a result, the exact time of Brahma muhurta also will differ.

We people of all the religion take this hour as the very important hour of our day where various religion take it as time for Prayer, Meditation and other religious practice. With the Change in the habits of people the age has turned more into late night workers where people stay up late night to complete their work, indulge in social media, late night TV shows and others. But in this transition we are missing the very important part of the day that helps us keep energized and creative throughout our day.

Benjamin Franklin  “Early to bed and early to rise  makes a man healthy wealthy and wise”

Brahmamuhurata is the auspicious time of 48 minutes that begin 1 hour 36 minute before the sun rise.  The nature of planet’s relationship with sun and moon brings such a physiological changes in human system at this time. The environment is pure, calm, and rich with oxygen and mind is fresh after sleep. The entire body is in certain conducive atmosphere and there is a natural production of what is called melatonin ,a secretion of the pineal gland. Melatonin hormone  helps in wakefulness and sleep, that regulates our biological clock which works mysteriously.

Sage Vyas says that there is an invisible hole in our forehead and it spreads coronal light by focusing on this light we can connect to earth and higher world. Pineal Gland is no ordinary gland ,by meditating we can activate this gland into full potential to spiritual and metaphysical awareness. Normally in the Hindu culture men and women put "tika" -"Tilak"  in the forehead for the awareness to this plane and creating some sort of tension by paste in this region to become always aware throughout the day.

Pineal Gland becomes active in the dark normally in night but our habit has changed we wake up late in night as we have our own artificial lights. Try sleeping in the dark room and room with lights on we can feel this little difference .We feel more energetic after we wakeup after sleeping in the dark room. By waking up in brahma muhurta we tend to channelize the energy in right direction making our day more energetic and focused.
